AREA & TENURE:     Total area of approx 5,443Ha.  Mobandilla- 3,523.88Ha; Scrub Block- 1,078.119Ha;  Kingumbilla- 841Ha.     COUNTRY:   Mobandilla- Tending all good black/brown clay loams, majority country flat to slightly undulating flood plain friable soils, timbered with Coolibah, Myall, Belah & Brigalow, carrying an excellent body of grasses, clover & herbage.  Small percent sandy loam Box, Wilga & Sandalwood country carrying Buffel & clover.  Large percent (approx 85%)  property subject to inundation in times of large flood events, considered to be mainly beneficial.  In the past has not caused much damage, but creates excellent paature growth, & overland water harvesting opportunities.  Scrub Block- Predominantly good black brown clay loams with Coolibah & Myall, small percent sand ridge country with Box &  Sandalwood.  Kingumbilla- Generally red to black loams with Myall, Coolibah, Box & Sandalwood, tending more red towards northern end of  property.     WATER:   Mobandilla- Weir River on northern boundary, dual frontage to Yarrilwanna Creek.  Water supply to houses from rainwater tanks, wells & the river.  Stockwater supplied by wells equipped with mills, tanks, troughs & dams, excellent natural water from river & creek.  A weir in the river on the property & a second weir just west of boundary.   Scrub Block- Weir River on northern boundary, dual frontage to Yambocully & Tooee Creek.  Stock water supplied from these as well as dams on watercourses.  Kingumbilla- Weir River forms southern boundary.     IRRIGATION LICENCES:   Mobandilla- Water Allocation No. 136 for 650ML from Glenlyon Dam delivered through Yambocully Water Board.  Water Allocation No. 278, volumetric limit 1,713ML/year, nominal volume 685ML water harvesting from Macintyre River through Yambocully Water Board, maximum 77.6ML take/day.  Water Allocation No. 389, volumetric limit 8,196ML/year, nominal volume 2,404ML, water harvesting from Weir River, maximum 172.8ML/day at Titanic & Gooray pump sites.  1,500ML/day Weir River trigger.  Water Allocation No. 405, volumetric limit 2,097ML/year, nominal volume 1,116ML at  5,000ML/day Weir River trigger, maximum take 307.2ML/day, overland flow by 7 pumps.  Scrub Block- Water Allocation No. 366, volumetric limit 3,016ML, nominal volume 1,344ML from Weir River, start level 5,000ML/day, 1,500ML/day finish, maximum take 201.1ML/day, overland flow by 1 pump.  Kingumbilla- Water Allocation No. 365, volumetric limit 4,098ML, nominal volume 1,201ML from Weir River, start level 1,500ML/day, 86ML/day finish, maximum take 86.4ML/day, overland flow by 3 pumps.      STORAGE:   Total indicated capacity approx 14,400ML.  Mobandilla- 6,500ML capacity storage of 3,500ML & 3,000ML, 200ML weir in river, both presently full capacity.  Scrub Block- 4,700ML ring tank, presently holding approx 800ML (currently pumping overland flow only).  Kingumbilla- 3,000ML ring tank, presently full capacity.     PUMPS:   Mobandilla- 2 x 650mm pumps, 6cyl Cummins motors at Storage 1 for river & tail water.  2 x 650mm pumps, Cummins motors at Storage 2 for river & tail water.  5 lift pumps for field delivery & tail water within development.  7 pumps on farm used to lift overland flow.  Scrub Block- 650mm Chinese pump, 6cyl Cummins motor. Pumpsite plumbed for 2 pumps.  Overland flow pumped by 1 pump.  Kingumbilla- 650mm pump, 400hp Cummins motor on Weir River.  500mm pump, Deutz motor pumps tail water & supplies fields.  650mm pump, 6 cyl Cummins B Series motor lifts water to fields.  Overland flow pumped by 3 pumps.  Full maintenance has been carried out at all times on all pumpsites & motors.      IRRIGATION DEVELOPMENT:   Total approx 1,546.7Ha at present.  Mobandilla-  1,158ha developed for flood irrigation & flood protected, in 27 fields.  Further 395ha could be developed for spray irrigation, but would not be flood protected.  Scrub Block- No developed acres but easily room for 242ha lateral move & 2 pivots of 40ha & 50ha.  Kingumbilla- 388.6ha flood irrigation with flood protection, in 6 fields.  Room for further development of 60ha flood irrigation & 100ha pivot.     CULTIVATION:   Approx 1,452ha  dryland cultivation, comprising 1,122ha on Mobandilla & 329.4ha on Scrub Block.  Grass country on Scrub Block could be developed to cultivation.
