 This scheme has been built to capture overland flows from Yarrill & Billa Billa Creeks as well as the Weir River.  Independent modelling on the Yarrill-Wyaga system shows an average take of 4,120ML per annum.   Note this scheme also takes overland flow from the Weir River & Billa Billa Creek systems but this water has not been included in the model.

FENCING:     New boundary fence (22.6km), new internal fence (10.3km), balance of fencing in good order & stock proof.

YARDS:     Steel & timber main yards to work 500 head, small set of old timber & steel yards at house.

CARRYING CAPACITY:      At present carrying 300 head of mixed cattle with a big body of feed.  This property would carry a breeder per 10 acres.  These numbers could be greatly increased with dry cattle and a full utilisation of irrigation.
